Marketplace
Kaufland
A seller account on Kaufland.de and the other Kaufland marketplaces is connected, one country per connection. Product data is built from the Commerce Bundle per EAN; offers are maintained with price, stock and handling time.
Orders ready to ship come out with items and addresses. Shipments, cancellations and decisions on returns go back.
A report Kaufland already knows is skipped.

In practice
Two workflows with Kaufland
The range onto the marketplace
The same range as in the shop should be on Kaufland.de, with its own price and stock.
- Readproducts from Xentral, as Commerce Bundle products
- Hand overproduct data per EAN to Kaufland
- Checkproduct data status — what was taken over, which attributes are missing
- Writeoffers with price, stock and handling time
The same mapping as for the shop. A missing attribute shows up in the status rather than only when the offer fails to appear.
Orders into the ERP — and back
Kaufland orders should reach the ERP without manual work, and the shipment get back to Kaufland.
- Triggera schedule
- Readorders ready to ship on Kaufland
- Hand overas a sales order to Xentral
- Reportshipment with carrier and tracking number to Kaufland
No order is created twice — an order Xentral already knows is skipped, and so is a report Kaufland already knows.
